PURPOSE: A choke transformer is provided to enhance quality of a stabilizer and prolong life time thereof by designing so that a constant inductance can be obtained by simply setting winding number of a coil. CONSTITUTION: In the conventional bulb type fluorescent lamp mechanisms, a choke transformer was configured by using an EI core or an EE core to a high frequency resonant converter circuit. In this case, however, the distance of the cores is necessarily adjusted to set an inductance, so manufacturing was inconvenient and constant inductance could not be obtained. In a drum core type choke transformer, a constant inductance can be obtained by simply setting the winding number of a coil so that a stabilizer can have enhanced quality and prolonged life time. The electronic stabilizer comprises a power circuit, a switching drive circuit, a high frequency resonant converter and a lamp.

Using drum cores for choke transformers of high frequency resonant converters used in electronic ballasts of fluorescent lighting equipment.
In the present invention, the conventional fluorescent lamps were composed of choke transformers using DRUM CORE, which consisted of choke transformers mainly using ferrite EI CORE or EE CORE in high frequency resonant converter circuits.
If a drum core choke transformer is manufactured and used, it can achieve a constant inductance by just matching the number of turns of the coil, improving the quality, extending the service life, and making the workability easier.
Conventional choke transformers use EI CORE or EE CORE to adjust the gap of cores to match the number of turns and inductance, so the inductance is not constant and the production yield is not good. gave.
